Delivery
- Purple Days only trades within the UK and delivery is only available within the UK.
- Deliveries are made by Royal Mail tracked 48 or 2nd Class and cost is dependant on the item.
- Quilled Pictures and Jewellery is £3.99
- Keychains and Greetings cards is £1.49
- Delivery is free when you spend over £30.00
- If you are local there is also an option to collect from Shepley, Huddersfield.
- Purple Days aims to dispatch the products ordered within 3-5 working days.
Return Policy
Under the current Laws within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel the contract of purchase of any item within seven days of delivery. To cancel this contract, please contact us detailing your reasoning behind cancelling the contract.
Additional to this, items can be returned within 14 days of purchased if boxed, unused and in perfect condition. Purple Days will then provide you with a full refund once the item is returned to us. For the return of items we would strongly advise the use of a courier that uses a tracking delivery service. In the unlikely event of a customer returning a product, the cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer in question.
